Autumn is definitely here! The heater's on in the studio and by the time the evening classes come around, it's dark outside.
Autumn is a time of change, it gets chillier and the leaves dry up and fall off the trees. In Ayurveda, autumn is a time when "vata" increases. For some of us we may experience this as feeling the cold, feeling more anxious or tired, and our balance may not be quite as great as it was in the summer. We may be more affected than usual by late nights, travel or changes in our routine.
